ISI is a Cisco Premier Certified Partner, Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist that was founded in 2002 by Ryan Leestma in Grand Rapids, Michigan. ISI boasts a 97% year over year customer retention rate, is privately held, completely debt-free, and operates out of it's own permanent facility located on the south-east side of Grand Rapids.

ISI is different from it's competitors because it has a very clear and defined vision for technology, communications and the interoperability of systems. This methodology for understanding, designing, implementing, and supporting systems is knows as the ISI Stack, and utilizes a single language known as the Interoperability Protocol (the same protocol that runs the Internet) for all components on the ISI Stack. These components can include switches, routers, access points, phones, cameras, SANs, servers, workstations, and software.

The net effect of utilizing a standardized and controlled approach to developing and supporting systems is greater levels of flexibility, simplicity, interoperability, reliability, and security. This ultimately reduces up-front and ongoing costs and the waste of operational cycles.
