To whom it may concern:

Knape and Vogt Manufacturing has been utilizing ISI for many projects over the past two years. Specifically, ISI was contracted to install a new multi-site Cisco switching and routing solution, multi-site wireless solution, multi-site EqualLogic SAN and disaster recovery solution, and a multi-site Cisco Voice solution. We have been very happy with ISI's work, and would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for high-level expertise and customer service in the technology and communications consulting industry.

From the beginning, ISI demonstrated their ability to think outside of the box and provide innovative solutions that no other consulting partner provided. Specifically, on our core switching upgrade project, ISI recommended a modular 4500 solution that reduced risk, reduced up-front costs, and reduced ongoing maintenance costs. Every other consulting company we engaged recommended a solution that was inferior and more costly to what ISI recommended.

Again, when Knape and Vogt was looking to implement a multi-site SAN and disaster recovery solution, ISI recommended an innovative ISCSI solution that leveraged our existing skills, provided greater levels of performance, better management, and (once again) better up front costs and ongoing maintenance costs.

They have also demonstrated a superior quality of engineering that has been extremely valuable to us as an organization. Recently, we engaged ISI to upgrade our multi-site non-standardized TDM systems to a multi-site Cisco VOIP solution. ISI's process ensured that KV and ISI were always on the same page, and on the day of the cut the only complication we encountered was that our 800#'s didn't port properly, which wasn't ISI's responsibility to manage. The CEO of our company contacted me personally to inform me that he was expecting his phone to be ringing "off the hook" with problems, as this had been his experience before. However, he did not receive a single phone call as ISI's cutover and transition was seamless and professional.

While not as large as some consulting companies, ISI has shown Knape and Vogt time and time again that they are more willing to find the best solution while caring more about the end result than any other consulting company we've worked with. I would therefore whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for any of the services they provide.
