I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for a job well done in implementing our new Cisco VOIP Phone System. Although ISI is a relatively small company, you definitely provided big company results.

From the start, I appreciated your willingness to work with us to design a custom solution that met all of our requirements and not just provide us with an out-of-the-box system. We were working with 3 other vendors on this project and you were the only one who was willing to go the extra mile.

In addition, throughout each phase of the project, ISI's engineers suggested further improvements to our requirements that have exceeded our expectations. Thank you for taking the time to really look for other improvement opportunities.

ISI also proved that they are a true business partner by keeping costs down and helping us leverage Cisco's financial calendar. In doing so, I was able demonstrate an even more aggressive ROI, thus allowing us to realize almost immediate financial gain.

Finally, during implementation, we removed the old phone equipment and cut over to the new Cisco VOIP Phone System in a single Saturday. At Business Strategy, we are a very phone intensive company making thousands of phone calls around the world a month. On Monday morning, it was business as usual. ISI proved that they were up to the task with a flawless phone system cutover. We received many complements from end-users on the improved call quality of the new phone system.
