Mike MacDonald is a network engineer at ISI. Prior to working as a consultant, Mike was the Computing Services Manager at Chapman University in Orange, CA. He was responsible for all aspects of technology, from physical networking to e-learning. During that time, Mike became an MCSE and worked closely with Microsoft in their early-adoption program. He was one of the first 500 worldwide to attain MCSE certification on Windows 2003.

Mike and his wife, Ann, have a daughter, who is a student at Rockford High School. Mike is a small-group leader at River Rock Church in Rockford, and he volunteers his time to assist the church with technology upgrades. Mike's favorite pastimes are sports, travel and reading.

Mike is also certified as an MCSA with a specialty in Messaging, and he is a Small Business Server specialist.
